The same question, three levels of evidence
The tiers differ in how deep I search for evidence: what you assume, what your documentation proves, what actually holds. The Consult comes first and turns a concern into a sharp question.

You pay for Core only once the memo answers your question. The invoice comes with the memo. If the memo does not answer your question, you tell me within ten working days of the spoken debrief, with the reason, and you pay nothing.
The price of Core and Complete covers your question about one object. An object is what the question is about: a process, a supplier, a system, a domain or an AI use case. Each further object is a block of €999, agreed before I start on it.
Lead times depend on the availability of people and data. The final price of Reality Check Complete depends on your question, the chosen scope and the information available.
A Recheck measures an earlier Core or Complete again, within twelve months of delivery, along the same question and the same requirements. You supply the new data for it; if that data does not connect to the original measurement, a new Reality Check applies instead.
